When you purchase any appliance from Enterprise 2000, you will either be covered by the standard manufacturers warranty or a warranty covered by Direct Supplies (if a graded item is purchased). But our customers also have the option to extend their warranty up to 5 years with our partner – Sirius Care – just by making a one off purchase.

The prices vary from item to item and we will easily be able to give you a quote for the appliance that you have purchased through us. Simply give us a call or pop into the store. We will need to take a few details to find the order or a model number of the appliance.

What is Sirius Care Protection?

Sirius Care is a comprehensive. They will repair your product for the period of protection, and if they cannot repair it they will replace it. They only use experienced, qualified and fully vetted engineers.

With Sirius Care Plus, you get extra benefits such as breakdown due to Accidental Damage, breakdown due to mechanical or electrical failure, a single point of contact if you need help or advice, unlimited repairs with no hidden charges and a brand new replacement if they are unable to fix your appliance.

When you purchase either Sirius Care or the Sirius Care Plus, you will receive a certificate which will detail the period of protection and the options you have selected along with the full terms and conditions.

When can I buy a Sirius Care Service Plan?

You can purchase Sirius Care or Sirius Care Plus at point of purchase or within the manufacturer’s guarantee of your appliance.

Quotes provided by Enterprise 2000 will only be valid for 30 days – so if you intend to purchase a plan after that time limit, a new quote will be provided before confirming the purchase.

How to claim?

They are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. All you need to do is call them on 01234 245 900. You will need your contract number to hand which is printed on the certificate you received when you purchased Sirius Care/Sirius Care Plus.

What is not protected?*

  • Use other than normal domestic

  • Call out charges where no fault is found with the product

  • Costs not authorised by Sirius Care

  • Incorrect or faulty installation

  • Deliberate damager to, or neglect of, the product

  • Cosmetic damage, damage to accessories

  • Damage caused by flood, extreme weather or substances entering the product

  • Faults know to you before the cover began

  • Work, which related to a manufacturer recall

  • Routine inspection, maintenance and adjustment

  • Consumables or anything that needs to be regularly replaced

When will my Sirius Care Service Plan end?

The expiry date is shown on your Sirius Care certificate. If we replace your product, your Sirius Care will end.

Can I cancel my Sirius Care Service Plan?

Yes, please return your certificate within 45 days of purchase. They will arrange for your Sirius Care to be cancelled and will issue a full refund subject to no repairs or replacements being recorded.

You may cancel your Sirius Care at any time after the 45 days. Where you cancel after this period you will be provided with a refund subject to no repairs or replacements being recorded. The refund will be calculated pro rata on the number of days remaining on your Sirius Care period.

Are my details safe?

All the information provided by you will be processed by Sirius Care or their agents in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection act 1988, for the purpose of providing cover and handling claims. They may share this information with third parties as part of this process.

Is my product protected by the Consumer Rights Act?

All products you buy are protected by the Consumer rights act 2015. If the product is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described then you may claim under the Consumer Rights Act against the retailer – the company that sold you the product – not the manufacturer. You have the right to request a repair or replacement product for up to 6 years (5 years in Scotland). However, after the first 6 months the burden is on you to prove the product was faulty at the time of delivery.
